The Week in Review at HMS: Notes from Dr. Cockley

Mrs. Kingan has created the most incredible mood in our media center! Flowers, tablecloths, jazz in the background…and our new books for students to preview! Students spend 90 seconds with titles of their choice and document their initial thoughts on their reflection sheet.

Symbolism! 6th grade students write and draw their notes about the symbolism they have found in Where the Red Fern Grows

Students create paper sculpture art, during Sculpture class! Love their creativity and engagement!

Health and Wellness students collaborate in this fun team-building activity, learning to work together to accomplish a task! It’s not as easy as it looks - this is Take 10!
